Helmut Daiminger is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
As an independent, federally incorporated not-for-profit body operating at arms length from the federal government, the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) is responsible for regulating the activities of immigration consultants who are members and provide immigration advice for a fee.
As of June 30, 2011, the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) is the only regulator of immigration consultants.

Helmut Daiminger is a member in good standing with CAPIC (Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants).
CAPIC is the largest professional association for Canadian immigration consultants. Being the leading association for immigration consultants and their major voice in any representation, CAPIC-ACCPI is committed to promoting and protecting the practice of all Canadian immigration consultants. CAPIC-ACCPI supports continuous professional development and improvement in all areas of immigration practice increasing our members' ability to deliver highly competent and ethical services deserving of the public trust.
The amalgamation of AICC and OPIC into the largest Canadian group representing the interests of immigration consultants is in response to the need for the strongest possible representation on behalf of immigration consultants in the new climate of regulation.

Consultation of prospective immigrants in Germany is strictly regulated through the "Auswandererschutzgesetz" (Immigrant Protection Act) of 1975. This law prohibits professionals from providing immigration advice and delegates this role to Federal Authorities. Despite this regulation, Helmut Daiminger has been granted a special exemption and is licensed through the German "Bundesverwaltungsamt“ to legally manage a professional immigration services consultancy in Germany.
Helmut Daiminger is one of the very few immigration professionals who is recognized and licensed by the Canadian and the German governments.
